Clacton Saṅgha Night
This class is suitable for all levels of experience. The evening is usually structured in two halves. In the first half there is a meditation practice, and after a short tea break, we will explore an aspect of Buddhism with a talk from one of our ordained members from the Colchester Buddhist Centre.
Classes are free but your donations are greatly appreciated.
