Develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity and a calm seeing of the true nature of things
Our teachers are practicing Buddhists who are ordained into the Triratna Buddhist Order - part of a worldwide Buddhist movement.
We have been teaching Buddhism and meditation in Colchester for over 35 years.
The class teams are volunteers who give their time and energy to share the Buddha's teachings.
Colchester Buddhist Centre is run on generosity.
We think it's important that everyone who wants to can have access to Buddhist teachings, so we do not charge for our regular classes. We simply ask that those who are able make a donation towards our running costs.
