Young Peoples Group
You don't need to be a Buddhist, or to have previous experience of meditation; just come along with an open mind and a willingness to be with others who are reflecting on their journey through life.
Each evening usually includes a short talk on meditation or an aspect of the Buddhist teaching, an opportunity for discussion in small groups, a tea break, and meditation in our shrine room.
Please arrive for a 7pm start.
