Online Early Morning Meditation at 07:00 daily
Early morning meditation for those familiar with the two meditations we teach: The Mindfulness of Breathing and the Mettā Bhāvanā.
Not suitable for beginners. These meditations will not be led through.

Online Morning Meditation at 08:30 daily
Led morning meditation of the two meditations we teach: The Mindfulness of Breathing and the Mettā Bhāvanā, preceeded with a brief tune-in.
Suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners.

Online Weekly Dharma Discussion Café
Weekly opportunity to discuss an aspect of the Dharma in an informal online setting, facilitated by a member of the Colchester Order team.
Suitable for all levels of experience.

Newcomers Class (at the Buddhist Centre)
An introductory class teaching two meditations; The Mindfulness of Breathing and Mettā Bhāvanā practices as well as the fundamentals of Buddhism.
Suitable for complete beginners.

Practice Night Class (at the Buddhist Centre)
A more in depth and intense class which includes Dharma talks, discussion, meditation practice as well as Buddhist ritual.
Suitable for those with more experience. Not suitable for beginners.

Clacton Saṅgha Night (in person in Clacton-on-Sea)
Drop in class suitable for people of all experience levels, teaching two Buddhist Meditation practices with talks and discussion about various Buddhist topics.
A class suitable for all levels of experience

Lunchtime Meditation (at the Buddhist Centre)
Led meditation, alternating between the two meditations we teach; Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana.
Suitable for complete beginners.

Sangha Mornings (at the Buddhist Centre)
A class at the Buddhist Centre with led meditations of the two main practices, talks and discussion around a variety of Buddhist topics.
Suitable for all levels of experience.
