ONLINE Morning Meditation at 07:00 weekdays
Early morning meditation for those familiar with the two meditations taught at the Colchester Buddhist Centre - The Mindfulness of Breathing and the Mettā Bhāvanā. Note these meditations will not be led.
If you would like instruction please attend the 08:30 morning meditation or the Newcomers Class on Wednesday evenings starting at 7.00pm.
