Dear Sangha
A heartfelt invitation to PADMASAMBHVA DAY!
Please come to the Colchester Buddhist Centre for a Day of finding out about Padmasambhava or deepening connection with the Re-incarnation of Buddha Shakyamuni, the Buddha of Love and Transformation, who brought Buddhism to Tibet in the 8th century.
The day will be filled with excitement, devotion and really looking at how we can change our poisons into wisdoms!
If you have any percussion instruments for the puja, you are welcome to bring them.
Bring vegan food to share please and a heartfelt of LOVE!

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be a Buddhist?
No, everyone is welcome regardless of religious beliefs, however please be aware that there will be some Buddhist ritual towards the end of the day (known as puja)
Can I come for part of the day?
Yes please consult the programme and come / leave during a break to minimise disruption
What should I bring for lunch?
Salad, bread, crisps, houmous, fruits are all good things to bring
Is there parking available?
As we are in the town centre we do not have onsite parking, the nearest car parks are Britannia and Napier Road.
We are also directly opposite the town train station and serviced by good bus links.
Bikes can be locked to the railings at the back of the building.
