A more in depth and intense class which includes Dharma talks, discussion, meditation practice as well as Buddhist ritual.
Suitable for those with more experience. Not suitable for beginners.

A day specifically for Mitras and those training for Ordination.
The day will include opportunities for Mitras to explore what going for refuge to the Three Jewels can look like and sharing our experience of how to create favourable conditions to support our practice.
The day will include meditation, personal talks from two Mitras and some input from Sthiranāga and Candraprabha.
This event is only open to those who are Mitras.

We can never have enough of the basics: things like salad, bread, hummus, crisps and fruit always go down well.
Yes you can. To maximise the benefit from the event if you are able to make the whole day, that would be great. If you can only make part of the day please try to come at the start of an activity.
There is no cost for the day, however we welcome donations.
