Meditation Day

Sunday 24 March 10:30am – 4:30pm

We will be practising the five stages of meditation – Integration, Positive Emotion, Letting Go, Transformation, Receptivity. 

The day is suitable for anyone who is familiar with the Metta Bhavana and Mindfulness of Breathing practices.


Silence will be observed during the tea and lunch breaks.

Please bring vegan lunch to share.
