Meditation Day
Sunday 17 September 2023 10:30am – 4:30pm
We will be practising the Brahma Viharas – Loving Kindness, Compassion, Altruistic Joy, and Equanimity.The day is suitable for anyone who is familiar with the Metta Bhavana and Mindfulness of Breathing practices.
Silence will be observed throughout the day, apart from minimal guidance at the start of the meditation periods.
There are breaks planned into the programme and you are welcome to come for part of the day.
This event will take place at the Buddhist Centre
If you are staying for lunch please bring vegan / vegetarian food to share
