A Silent Meditation Day
Saturday 23 October 2021 – Sunday 24 October 2021
Silanatha will be leading our next meditation day where we will be practicing the Brahma Viharas, also known as the 'Four Immeasurables' or 'Divine Abodes'.
The day will be suitable for anyone familiar with the Metta Bhavana practice. If you are not familiar with the Brahma Viharas practice you may find it helpful to listen to a talk on them given by Ratnavandana available on Freebuddhistaudio.com.
Silence will be observed throughout the day apart from minimal guidance at the start of each meditation period.
This event will be in person at the Buddhist Centre.
Please bring vegetarian/vegan lunch to share
