Vision and Transformation Course

Vision and Transformation Course

Please note there is a break in the course on 12th February as the Buddhist Centre will be closed for a weekend retreat.

The last session will therefore be 26th February - see programme below.

This six week course offers a lively and systematic introduction to the Noble Eightfold Path, a fundamental and very practical Buddhist teaching on how to live our lives well.

Starting with an emphasis on 'Vision', we follow onto the the process of Transformation which deals with: Emotion, Speech, Action, Livelihood, Effort, Awareness and Meditation.

This is a course held on Saturdays. The sessions will be structured in two halves, with a led meditation session and a Buddhist study session, with a tea break in between.

This is an interactive course, expect to introduce yourself to the other group members and to engage in group discussion on the study material.

This course is suited to Newcomers, as well as those who have completed the Introduction to Buddhism and Meditation Course.
