Sangha Mornings (at the Buddhist Centre)
A class at the Buddhist Centre with led meditations of the two main practices, talks and discussion around a variety of Buddhist topics.
Suitable for all levels of experience.
The evening is usually structured in two halves. In the first half there is a meditation practice, and after a short comfort break, we will introduce an aspect of Buddhism with a talk from one of the team members.

The leader of the class will join just before 7pm. Until this time if you try to login you may be asked to wait until they arrive. It is good to be ready for the session before you login, so make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need to hand.
When you join the session your microphone will automatically be muted although your camera will be visible, so provided that you are already sitting and still you should not disturb the class.
Absolutely. Though of course you'll get those most out of the class by attending the whole series, there's no need to wait until the start of the next series if you want to start coming.
No - just login just before 7pm
The class is best suited for those who have attended an entire series (or most of a series) on Newcomers Night or have completed an Introductory Course.
Since the meditation practice is usually without instruction, and the topics covered are quite in depth, this class is not well suited for newcomers.
We don't charge for our classes, and the team are not paid for their time. We simply ask that those who are able to do so make a donation to the centre to help us cover our running costs.
See the link on our web site to enable you to make a donation.
All are welcome at our classes however if you are under the age of 18 please contact us in advance of joining the session (firstname.lastname@example.org)
