Buddhist Centre Online Daily Morning Meditations using Zoom
Starting Monday March 23rd, The Buddhist Centre Online will be offering two open meditation spaces a day via the Zoom platform. This works in most web browsers, and you can also get free apps for all major mobile platforms too. To enable you to access this please set up a Zoom account if you don't already have one - https://zoom.us/signup
You don’t need to pay for an account to take part.
Meditation sessions will last for 45 minutes.
We’re an international community and not all continents are on the same time-system yet for spring. Below you’ll find details of the meditation spaces we’ll be offering, currently scheduled through Friday May 1st. (Underlined times after March 29th mark a change from the previous two weeks.)
No one knows how long the shutdown will last. If the need continues beyond that point we will continue to offer meditations at these times each week day.
