Women's Mitra Day - Delighting in beauty: Exploring Insight, Friendship and Truth through the Poems of the Early Nuns
Saturday 6 November 2021 – Sunday 7 November 2021
This is a day event for women Mitras to come and practice together and be influenced by the early nuns who led a path for us. Come and make the most of the opportunity to practice with other women.
This day will take place in person at the Buddhist Centre Building.
Please bring vegetarian / vegan food to share if you are staying for lunch.

This day is specifically for Mitras (those who have had a Mitra ceremony or are awaiting one). We do hold classes and events for beginners. Please see the 'classes' and 'events' section of the website
What food should I bring for lunch?
Salad, bread, crisps and cake are always good things to bring
