You are invited to join us for a day of meditation practice.

Silence will be observed throughout the day, apart from minimal guidance at the start of the meditation periods.

There are breaks planned into the programme and you are welcome to come for part of the day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this suitable for beginner's?

No this day is not aimed at those who are new to meditation. There will be longer meditation sits, without instruction and the day will be held in silence. Please see our 'classes' page for our range of public classes.

Is there a shared lunch?

Yes, please bring vegetarian / vegan food to share. Please label any homemade food with any allergens it may contain e.g. nuts, gluten. It's also useful to label homemade food as vegan or vegetarian.

Why is the day held is silence?

The silence supports the mind to still, which is helpful for the meditation practice
