This is an opportunity for us to come together (online) as a Sangha and spend the day practising meditation.
This event is suitable for anyone who has experience practising the meditations that we teach.
If you would like to come for part of the day, you are very welcome to do that.

There is no need to book, just log in on the day using the zoom details provided.
How much does this event cost?
We do not charge for this event, but we ask that anyone who wishes to make a donation (and is in a position to do so) goes to the donation section of the website and donates there.
Can I just come for part of the day?
Yes, however please check the programme and log in during a break so as to minimise any disruption.
What is Puja?
Puja is a Buddhist devotional practice that involves, chanting, recitation and making offerings.
