Men's Day: The Three Myths and Meditation

Men's Day: The Three Myths and Meditation

Sunday 4 December 10:30am – 4:15pm

This year's Men's Days have been looking at different aspects of meditation. And we will continue the meditation theme with the last Men's Day of the year.

We will be exploring how we can apply the 'Three Myths' of the Dhrama life, namely self-development, self-surrender and self-discovery, to our meditation.

The day will look at practical ways in which we can build on our existing practise, though our understanding of these Myths. And will involve meditation, talks, discussion and ritual.

Please bring delicious vegan or vegetarian food for a shared lunch.
