Men's Day

Men's Day

Sunday 12 April 10:30am – 4:30pm

The day is being run by Kendal, Joel, Mark and Piotr from the men's Going For Refuge group. We will be looking at four talks that Sangharakshita gave in 1978. Sangharakshita‘s core philosophy was that human beings can change themselves through conscious effort and mindfulness, he believed that a better world cannot be created without individuals acting differently in the present.

There will be time for discussions, meditation and a Puja. The day is open to all men.

Please bring copious vegetarian and vegan food to share.
