Meditation Morning
Saturday 5 December 2020 – Sunday 6 December 2020
We will be spending the morning practicing together online.
There will be an opportunity to tune in about our meditation practice and then join in meditations in silence.
The morning consists of three meditation practices as well as a mindful break.

Do I need to book?
No just turn up and you will be very welcome to meditate with us.
How much meditation experience do I need to come to this day?
If you are familiar with practicing the Mindfulness of breathing and Metta Bhavana then this day will be suitable for you.
How much does this cost?
This event is run free of charge. Colchester Buddhist Centre operates on a 'Dana economy' (on the the basis of donations). For more on this see the donations tab of this website.
