Meditation Day

Sunday 8 June 10:30am – 4:30pm

Our physical senses are precious jewels.  They are our main connection to the physical world. They are mysterious and, in their detail, unfathomable. Meditative attention to that detail can lead to a calmness and deepest connection with nature. That is a great base for deeper direct experience.

Different people work best with different senses as a way into calmness and what is best does change.

In our meditation day we will explore through short meditations and discussion how attention and perception to our object go hand in hand and lead to quietude and feeling of connection. 

Maybe in that quietude we can widen our scope to the other senses and further to our next steps in practice
