Meditation Day
Sunday 14 August 2022 0am – 6am
We aim to explore our meditation practice with various techniques.
There will be time to share our experience and also leave some silence to process.
All is based in Metta and Mindfulness practices - with some added exercises on relaxation and chanting designed to open more fully to the experience.
All are welcome. Please bring food to share for a silent lunch.
No booking is needed but it may be helpful to let us know so we can have some sense of numbers.
Looking forward to seeing folk.
