Gong Bath

Gong Bath

Saturday 14 May 2022 6am – 7am

Back by popular demand, Colin Tofts will be holding a gong bath at the Colchester Buddhist Centre.

Sound waves naturally heal the body and the mind, by resonating with the molecular structure of our bodies.

Bones, muscles, skin, blood all vibrate on a cellular level. The power of gongs and bowls can be felt along with the clearing of the mind.

This is always a popular event and places are limited so you are advised to book early to avoid missing out.

I've never been to a gong bath, what should I expect?

This event is open to 16 people. You will be taken into the shrine room and given time to settle, either lying down or sitting. We can provide, mats, blankets and cushions. Or you can bring your own. Colin will lead you into some relaxation and then sound healing with chimes, singing bowls and gongs. The gongs can be very loud so let Colin know if you have sensitive hearing! The session will last just over 1 hour.
