Auction of Promises.

These are the promises that we have for auction.

LOT 1 - Mark and Dan will provide 3 hours of gardening. Weeding, planting and hoeing.

LOT 2 - Sthiranaga will provide a QiGong session for you to try out this practice that combines movement, breathing and meditation.

LOT 3 - Cath and Nick. A 2 night weekday stay in Souters Holiday Cottage on his land in Higham. (this needs to be taken before 31/11/2026) http://www.soutersholidaycottage.co.uk/

LOT 4 - Joel will give a couple a private zoom session on Buddhist art, including a look at what the V&A museum has in its exhibits. 

LOT 5 - Alan will do a tarot card reading.

LOT 6 - Kendal will provide a woodturning taster lesson. You can take away your very own bowl.

LOT 7 - Sthiranaga will take you to Beth Chatto gardens, there will also be tea and cake (obviously) https://www.bethchatto.co.uk/ 

 LOT8 - Saddhavasita will provide a take away meal for 2.

LOT 9 - Tricia will provide a Reiki session.

LOT 10 - Melody will provide a piano lesson.

LOT 11 - Kusaladana will provide a computer repair and set up.

LOT 12 - Sarah and Denise will provide an afternoon of cleaning.

LOT 13 - Sarah will provide you with 2 cakes, said to be delicious.

LOT 14 - Cathy B will provide a Cranio Sacral Session.

LOT 15 - Rachel will provide a learn to crochet session.  Either a group of up to 5 or 1:1.

LOT 16 - Rachel (again) will make you a bespoke crochet blanket. This will take 3 months.

LOT 17 - Jan will give you an Indian Head Treatment.

LOT 18 - Colin will provide 4 free spaces to his Gong Bath. 2 for the early 2 for the late. 

LOT 19 - Gordon will provide afternoon tea for 4 people. Sandwiches, quiche, cake, scones and flapjack. Picnic or at home.

LOT 20 - Chai will provide a QHHT, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique session. https://www.qhhtofficial.com/

LOT 21 - Jade will provide a gents or boys haircut

LOT 22 - Sam & Jade will provide a 2 hour cleaning session.

LOT 23 - Kamaladya will take 2 people to breakfast or lunch at The Old Bakery in Deadham. https://www.oldbakerycafe.com/

LOT 24 -  Cath and Nick. A one week retreat in Gribbles Retreat Hut in Higham (needs to be taken before 31/11/2026) https://www.goingonretreat.com/solitaries/gribbles-shepherds-hut-near-higham-colchester

If you can't get to the centre for this wonderful event please let us know and we will provide a link so that you can take part online.

If you can't make it to the centre or join online you can still make a bid for a LOT, just email cbcauctionofpromises@gmail.com let us know the LOT number, the maximum your willing to bid and your name and we'll add you to the auction.
