"A Thicket of Views" A Study Day with Atulyamati and Srikirti
Sunday 25 January 10:30am – 4:30pm
Join us for this day of contemplative study on views. According to Sangharakshita, we are our views. He says "Our views may be self contradictory, unfounded, untrue, but because we are so closely identified with them we may never see them for what they are", and "Usually, our views remain a more or less loosely associated jumble of assumptions, prejudices, opinions, and beliefs; occasionally they may be elaborated into complex and dazzling philosophies."
We'll explore this delusional world of our views together, perhaps finding some tips to untangle the thicket.
Come with veggie lunch to share.
