Online 'Vision and Transformation' Course

Online 'Vision and Transformation' Course

The course is suitable for those who have experience of the two main meditation practices we teach; The Mindfulness of Breathing and Mettā Bhāvanā. It is also a great opportunity to re-engage with the Dharma for those who have not managed to join us recently.

This six week course offers a lively and systematic introduction to the Eightfold Path. Starting with an emphasis on Vision, it takes us through the process of transformation: emotion, speech, action, livelihood, effort, awareness and concentration.

The course will include welcomes, teaching, group discussion and periods of led meditation. This is an interactive course so please be prepared to engage, ask questions and try out practices at home in order to get the most from the course.
