Introduction to Meditation & Buddhism - Online course

Introduction to Meditation & Buddhism - Online course

This is a six week course introducing meditation and Buddhist teachings. The class runs from 10.30am to 1:00pm every Saturday from 30th January 2021.

During the course you will learn two Buddhist meditation practices: Mindfulness of Breathing, for developing awareness, integration and clarity of mind; and Mettā Bhāvanā (development of loving kindness), which brings about a gentle but radical transformation of our emotional world.

In addition to learning meditation, we will introduce traditional teachings of the Buddha in a way that is accessible and practical to everyday life in the modern world.

This is an interactive course, you will be encouraged to ask questions and there will be periods of discussion in small groups.

It is not required that you attend every week of the course, but it is recommended that you attend as much as you are able to achieve the full benefit.

Spaces are limited and booking in advance is required. The recommended donation for the whole course is between £50 - £20.

Book Now: £20 – £50
