In Developing an Ethical Life we will explore the practical ways to bring these precepts into our everyday lives.
We'll explore how to bring out the best in ourselves and how each of us can bring more good into the world.

What is the age group for the young people's group?
Everyone aged between 18 - 35 is welcome
Can I come if I'm under 18?
Please contact us to discuss before you come as we have a children's safeguarding policy that we need to follow. contact@colchesterbuddhistcentre.com
Do I need to be a Buddhist?
No, anyone is welcome. Please be aware that there will often be some Buddhist ritual practice involving chanting, mantras and making lit candle offerings. There is no expectation that you take part in the ritual if you do not wish to do so.
I'm quite new to your classes, can I come to this?
Yes of course, the event is suitable for all levels of experience.
I don't attend the Colchester Centre but attend another Centre, is it still ok to come?
Yes, all young people are welcome and we often have friends from neighbouring Buddhist Centres attending.
How much does the event cost?
There is no charge, however we always welcome donations towards our running costs.
