Summer Sangha Retreat

We are delighted to announce that bookings are now open for our Summer Sangha Retreat at Vajrasana Retreat Centre in Suffolk. The retreat will include inspiring talks, meditation, Buddhist ritual, discussion groups and an opportunity to enjoy a weekend in beautiful countryside surroundings.

The retreat will be suitable for all levels of experience. If you have not been on retreat before but are curious to see what it might be like, then this is an ideal way to find out. If you are an old hand at retreats then why not take the opportunity to spend a weekend taking your practice deeper.

The retreat is at Vajrasana Retreat Centre, a beautiful purpose-built Triratna Retreat Centre just outside Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk.


 

If you wish to know more about retreats and what to expect, ask a team member at one of our classes or send us an email. The material will be suitable for anybody who has been to a few of our classes, you will need some familiarity with the meditations we teach.

The cost for the weekend is £100, which includes food and accommodation.
