Dharma Day

Sunday 26 July 10:30am – 4:30pm

Following on from Buddha day which looked at the the Buddha’s enlightenment and his decision to teach the dharma, we will be looking at the Buddha’s first sermon when he turned the wheel of the dharma.

The day will start at 10:30 but do arrive from 10:00. We will aim to finish by 4:30.


The day will include meditation, a talk on the Buddha’s first teaching, groups, discussion, walking meditation and by ending the day with a ritual.


Bring vegetarian/vegan lunch to share. Please label food for people with allergies.
