Our Dharma Night is held every Thursday 7:00pm - 9:30pm for those exploring meditation and Buddhism in more depth. The evening is structured similarly to our Wednesday Newcomers Night with meditation in the first half and then usually a talk in the second half. However, the meditation will be slightly longer and sometimes without instruction, and there will be elements of other Buddhist practices, including occasional Pūjā. If you are unsure if this class would be appropriate for you, please speak to an Order Member.
There is no charge for the class but donations are welcome.
