With all this time being spent at home, now is a great time to dive into a Dharma book. Windhorse Publications have a great selection of books and eBooks from Triratna authors and are currently giving away a free topical eBook each week.

We know many people find meditating with others an invaluable part of practice. The Buddhist Centre Online are running open meditation sits every weekday. These sits are 45 minutes long and unguided.

The sit is at 7:30am and 1:30pm.
