About the Pilates/Class:
Pilates targets the deep postural muscles, building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body & bringing it into correct alignment. Developed by Joseph Pilates (1880-1967) The Body Control Method, breaks down each of the movements adapting them to suit all levels. Class sizes are small (no more than 12) so I can observe & assess clients & tailor the exercises accordingly so everyone can enjoy the benefits of Pilates which
• Improves Posture
• Increases Flexibility
• Improves Balance
• Relieves unwanted stress & tension
Each class focuses on
• Alignment
• Breathing
• Centring
• Precision of Movement
• Relaxation
