About the class:
Suitable for beginners and for those with experience who like to practice at a relatively slow pace. This is a gentle morning Hatha Yoga class that incorporates Buddhist principles of Mindfulness. This approach to yoga can help us to develop and deepen our awareness, confidence and self - discovery. It can help us to feel more embodied, more at ease with ourselves and the world around us; through calming, grounding and gently invigorating practices.

Lucy applies a softness and sense of exploration to her practice and aims to facilitate a warm, friendly and accessible class.
