A half hour meditation taster will be run at 2.15pm and 3.15pm - but you're welcome to come at any time to ask questions and find out what we offer
Frequently Asked Questions
What time should I get there?
You can drop in any time between 1400 and 1600. If you'd like to take part in the meditation taster session please arrive by 1410 for the 1415 session or by 1510 for the 1515 session
Can I just come for the meditation?
Yes of course. Please arrive around 1410 for the 1415 session or by 1510 for the 1515 session
Do I need to be a Buddhist?
No. The purpose of the Open Afternoon is to open our doors to anyone who would like to come and see who we are and what we do
Do I need to book?
No. This is a drop-in session, so please just pop in any time between 1400 - 1600
Is there a charge?
No. The is a free event.
Can I still attend if I am under 18?
All our welcome at our events and classes however anyone under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If this is not possible it will be necessary to bring written permission from a parent of guardian if you are under 18 and would like to attend.
