Online Women's Retreat: 'Trust in the Heart'

Online Women's Retreat: 'Trust in the Heart'

Friday 19 March 2021 – Sunday 21 March 2021

This online retreat is being offered in place of the planned 'in-person' East Anglian Women's Retreat which unfortunately can not go ahead. Whilst very different from a face to face retreat, online retreats can provide supportive conditions for practise and a sense of being with others and within a Sangha. There will be opportunity to get to know other women on the retreat via tune ins and discussion groups.

On the retreat there will be periods of meditation, talks around the theme 'Trust in the Heart', discussion groups and Pūjā (traditional Buddhist ritual that includes chanting, recitation and making traditional offerings).

The material will be suitable to anybody who has been to a few of our classes and has some experience of our meditation practices.

If you wish to know more about retreats and what to expect, ask an Order Member at one of our classes or get in contact via our email address.

We'd love for you to join us.
