Come and practice the ancient art of moving meditation, all ages and abilities, including beginners, welcome. Please wear loose clothing.

One to one Yoga Sessions and Tuition of small groups. Encouraging Supportive Practice.

Sessions include Asana, Pranayama (breathwork) relaxation.

Working one to one with students can help deepen students personal practice, Chrissie offers guidance to help work positively with specific areas of interest in the body. Yoga being a practice of breaking down the cycles of stress accumulated within the body, cultivating the inner balance crucial to our health, vitality and wellbeing.

Working sensitively with students to experience Yoga as pleasant and enjoyable, encouraging students to listen to their bodies, going with it, not against it, avoiding all effort, resistsnce and strain.

£35.00 for 1 hour 15 minutes - concession by arrangement

Chrissie is also a qualified Holistic Body Massage Therapist.
