All Yoga & Pilates classes are run by third parties and booking is required with the class leader. For meditation classes provided directly by the Colchester Buddhist Centre, see our classes.

Yoga with Chrissie

An earthy, innovative practice inspired by Vanda Scaravelli. Classes Fridays 10:00am - 11:30am, Fridays 6:30pm - 7:30pm and Saturdays 9:00am - 10:30am and private sessions available.

Yoga with Keston

Dynamic practice open to all levels. Tuesdays 7:30pm - 8:30pm.

Pilates with Sarah-Jane

Exercise customised to suit you. Mondays and Wednesdays 10:00am - 11:00am.
